Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Specialist to drive lead generation and sales for an innovative AI chatbot platform. This role involves making outbound calls to prospects in Australia, UK, Canada, and the United States to book appointments and potentially close deals. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can develop effective sales scripts, manage the full sales cycle, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Client Overview

Our client is an early-stage SaaS startup specializing in AI-powered automation technology. The product is a chatbot solution that automates customer interactions across websites, social media platforms, and includes CRM functionality with appointment booking capabilities.

Schedule: Monday- Friday, Full-time (40 hours per week), late Australian shift to cover UK, Canada, US and Australia

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound telemarketing calls to prospects across multiple international markets
• Book qualified appointments with potential customers interested in AI chatbot solutions
• Close sales deals directly with prospects through phone presentations and screen sharing demonstrations
• Develop and refine sales scripts based on campaign performance and prospect feedback
• Track and report on daily call metrics, appointments booked, and sales conversions using provided CRM and calling software

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting
• Demonstrated ability to create effective sales scripts and adapt messaging for different audiences
• Strong closing skills with experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure

Nice to have:

• Experience selling SaaS or technology products
• Familiarity with AI solutions, chatbots, or marketing automation tools
• Previous experience working with clients across multiple international markets
• Proficiency with calling software platforms and CRM systems with voice recording capabilities
