In this exclusive B2B role, you will drive business development and lead generation, managing the full sales cycle to secure high-value enterprise accounts. Schedule: Part Time | 20 hours per week | Monday - Friday, 09:00 AM - 13:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads for business-to-business junk removal services targeting commercial enterprises and large organizations.
- Conduct outreach through cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-up communications to secure new business accounts.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline sufficient to support consistent monthly revenue despite net 30 payment terms from clients.
- Close new business accounts and establish ongoing relationships with commercial clients.
- Track sales activities and meet established key performance indicators for client acquisition.
Requirements
- Must-Have: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business-to-business sales or business development. Proven track record in lead generation, outbound sales, and closing new business accounts. Excellent communication skills with ability to engage decision-makers at commercial organizations.
- Nice-to-Have: Experience selling services to commercial businesses or enterprise clients. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools such as Go High Level, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Background in service-based industries or facility management sales.
