Medical Billing & Customer Care Specialist
Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Billing & Customer Care Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative and customer support while assisting with daily medical office operations.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule patient appointments and manage provider calendars
- Coordinate and confirm appointments to ensure an organized schedule
- Retrieve and process incoming faxes from physicians and healthcare providers
- Support medical billing and administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in medical billing, healthcare administration, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with computers and scheduling systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Monday–Friday
- 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST with one hour of unpaid break
