Sales Representative - B2B Outreach

We are seeking a driven, performance-motivated B2B Sales professional to spearhead our market expansion by connecting directly with business owners and closing high-volume digital ad placements. Schedule

  • Mon-Fri from 9 am-6 pm with 1 hr break, Eastern Time (Toronto, Canada timezone). Full-time (40 hours/week)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calling to businesses to promote advertising services
  • Execute multi-channel outreach (calls, email, SMS) to generate and nurture leads
  • Follow up consistently across multiple touchpoints to move prospects through the pipeline
  • Conduct lead research and build prospect databases in target markets
  • Manage CRM updates, call activity, and pipeline tracking
  • Re-engage past clients and upsell additional services
  • Clearly communicate value propositions to business owners and decision-makers

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience (non-negotiable)
  • Strong outbound cold calling and lead generation experience
  • Experience managing full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, performance-driven environment

Nice-to-Have Requirements

  • Experience in advertising, media, or digital platforms
  • Familiarity with North American business markets
  • Experience building structured outbound sales systems
  • Community-based or niche market targeting experience

Important Note

  • B2B Sales experience is non-negotiable
  • This is a performance-driven outbound sales role
  • Incentives and performance-based bonuses will be provided
