We are seeking a skilled Customer Service professional to support our growing e-commerce operations by handling Shopify store requests and customer inquiries via email and chat. In this full-time role, you will integrate directly into the client's processes to efficiently resolve escalations and maintain high satisfaction ratings. Schedule

  • Hours: Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week
  • Days: Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm CET

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat
  • Process orders and handle Shopify store requests
  • Resolve customer issues and escalations efficiently
  • Maintain high satisfaction ratings and response times
  • Document common customer queries and solutions
  • Coordinate with management on feedback
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience in e-commerce
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong technical aptitude for using Shopify
  • Ability to follow set schedules and workflows
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
  • Empathetic and professional communication style
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
