We are seeking a skilled Customer Service professional to support our growing e-commerce operations by handling Shopify store requests and customer inquiries via email and chat. In this full-time role, you will integrate directly into the client's processes to efficiently resolve escalations and maintain high satisfaction ratings. Schedule
- Hours: Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week
- Days: Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm CET
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat
- Process orders and handle Shopify store requests
- Resolve customer issues and escalations efficiently
- Maintain high satisfaction ratings and response times
- Document common customer queries and solutions
- Coordinate with management on feedback
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience in e-commerce
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Strong technical aptitude for using Shopify
- Ability to follow set schedules and workflows
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
