Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Short-Term Rental Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of holiday rental properties. This role involves managing reservations, coordinating guest communications, overseeing cleaning and maintenance schedules, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience from booking through checkout.

The ideal candidate has previous experience in short-term rental management, is comfortable working with property management software such as Guesty, and can effectively balance operational responsibilities with guest-facing communication. Experience creating social media content and supporting property marketing efforts is also highly valued.

Schedule

• 40+ hours a week during summer and winter (weekends required) and 35 hours per week during slow season (Autumn and Spring)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end booking and reservation processes for short-term holiday rental properties
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guest communications, providing concierge-level support before, during, and after stays
• Coordinate scheduling and task assignments with on-site cleaning and maintenance teams
• Create and maintain social media content to promote properties and maintain brand consistency across platforms
• Monitor and update property listings and availability across booking channels
• Handle general administrative duties including record-keeping, reporting, and email correspondence

Requirements

• Bilingual communication skills in French and English are highly preferred. 
  
• Proven experience in short-term rental or holiday property management
• Familiarity with Guesty or similar property management software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a guest-facing, professional tone
• High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting
