Job Overview:

We are seeking a Bilingual Canadian Immigration Sales Consultant (English/Hindi) to engage and convert warm inbound leads through consultative sales conversations for high-ticket immigration services. The ideal candidate has experience with Canadian immigration programs, excels at building trust, handling objections, and nurturing prospects through structured follow-ups to achieve sales targets. This role requires strong English and Hindi communication skills, a proven ability to close high-value services, and comfort using AI-powered tools and monitoring systems in a performance-driven environment. 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Handle 200–300 warm inbound leads daily from active marketing campaigns, engaging prospects through consultative sales conversations to convert them into paying clients.
  
• Handle client objections with a non-pushy, trust-building approach suited to high-ticket immigration services
• Conduct structured follow-ups with prospects who did not close on the initial call to nurture them toward a decision
• Answer basic questions about Canadian immigration programs to establish credibility and build client confidence
• Schedule and manage consultation appointments while maintaining an organized lead pipeline
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and closing quotas tied to a performance-based commission structure

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of experience in the Canadian immigration industry with a working knowledge of programs such as PNP, LMIA, Express Entry, and business immigration (C-11 category)
• Proficiency in both English and Hindi to effectively communicate with a diverse client base
  
• Proven track record in closing high-ticket services valued between $5,000 and $100,000
• Strong objection-handling skills with the ability to guide clients through major decisions without being pushy
• Comfort working under AI-driven productivity and security monitoring during working hours
• Familiarity with leveraging AI tools for quick research and program-related inquiries
