Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Blockchain Operations & Digital Asset Security Specialist  to support the management, organization, and protection of digital asset systems.

This role combines blockchain knowledge, cryptocurrency operations, API integrations, cybersecurity best practices, and secure account management.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, security-focused, and comfortable building processes in an evolving environment where confidentiality, documentation, and accuracy are critical.

Schedule

• Mon-Friday Flexible Between 8AM -5PM EDT; 40+ hours per week

Responsibilities

Blockchain & Digital Asset Management

• Support organization and tracking of cryptocurrency assets across wallets, exchanges, and platforms
• Work with blockchain tools, APIs, and integrations to retrieve and analyze digital asset information
• Navigate cryptocurrency platforms and wallet management systems
• Maintain accurate records of digital transactions, balances, and account activity
• Assist with reconciliation and reporting across multiple financial platforms
• Build structured processes for digital asset monitoring and management

Cybersecurity & Account Protection

• Establish secure account management processes and access controls
• Review current security practices and recommend improvements
• Monitor systems for vulnerabilities, unauthorized access, and potential risks
• Implement best practices for:

• Password management
• Multi-factor authentication
• Secure access sharing
• Data protection
  

• Create documentation for security procedures and operational workflows
• Ensure sensitive financial information is handled securely

Systems & Process Development

• Build scalable documentation and tracking systems
• Create SOPs for digital asset management workflows
• Recommend technology solutions to improve efficiency and security
• Work closely with leadership to organize technical operations

Requirements

• Proven experience in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency platforms, or digital asset management
• Strong understanding of:

• Crypto wallets
• Exchanges
• Blockchain transactions
• API integrations
• Security protocols

• Experience implementing cybersecurity processes
• Knowledge of secure access management tools and best practices
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent attention to detail when handling sensitive information
• Ability to work independently and create processes from scratch
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Highly Regarded Skills & Experience

• Experience with Binance or major cryptocurrency exchanges
• Experience with cold storage wallets
• Knowledge of blockchain investigation or asset tracking tools
• Background in financial technology (FinTech)
• Experience securing remote teams or financial platforms
• Familiarity with cloud security tools
