Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Video Editor to support the production of high-quality documentary-style content, including case studies, client testimonials, and corporate storytelling projects. This role will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, compelling videos through thoughtful editing, B-roll integration, audio enhancement, and color correction.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, understands narrative-driven editing, and can work independently in an asynchronous environment. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys crafting engaging stories, pays close attention to detail, and can consistently deliver professional-quality content while collaborating remotely with a creative team.

Schedule:

• Mondays to Fridays, flexible schedule during the client’s business hours (with approximately one weekly call meeting, UK Time, 20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Edit and refine documentary-style video content including case studies and testimonials from initial assembly through to final polish
• Associate and integrate B-roll footage to support and enhance the narrative structure
• Perform audio mixing and sound cleanup to ensure broadcast-quality output
• Apply color grading and correction to maintain visual consistency across projects
• Work with proxy files and return completed Premiere project files for final export by the client
• Collaborate asynchronously with the director, incorporating feedback and making revisions efficiently

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video editing for documentary-style or corporate storytelling content (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, including working with proxy workflows
• Strong understanding of audio mixing, color grading, and post-production best practices
• High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain brand and narrative consistency
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in an asynchronous environment
• Strong communication skills and reliability in meeting deadlines
