Overview:

We operate a holistic wellness center specializing in sound healing, reiki, and spiritual wellness experiences. Our business is located in a popular tourist destination known for spiritual retreats and wellness tourism.

We are seeking a Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist (WIX Website & Social Media) to support the growth and online presence of our holistic wellness center. This role will focus on improving our website visibility through SEO, managing social media content, and updating our website to attract more clients. The ideal candidate is a versatile digital marketing professional with strong generalist skills who can manage multiple aspects of online marketing independently and with minimal supervision.

Schedule: Part-time from Mon-Fri, 20 hours/week | Flexible anytime with some overlap with Arizona time | MST - No Daylight Saving Time

Responsibilities:

• Conduct SEO audits and implement strategies to improve website ranking for relevant search terms such as sound healing, reiki, and wellness services in the local area

• Manage social media accounts by creating, posting, and optimizing content to engage with the target audience and increase brand awareness

• Update and improve the existing website built on WIX, including adding new pages, updating content, and refreshing design elements to create a more modern and appealing look

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract tourists and local clients seeking holistic wellness services. Set up and manage e-commerce functionality on the website to enable online sales

• Create content and marketing materials that align with the brand identity and resonate with individuals interested in spiritual wellness and personal growth

• Track marketing performance and provide insights on what strategies are driving traffic and engagement

Must-Have Requirements:

• Proven experience in SEO optimization with the ability to conduct audits and implement strategies to improve search engine rankings

• Strong proficiency in social media management including content creation, posting schedules, and audience engagement (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)

• Experience building or updating websites using WIX or similar drag-and-drop website builders

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

• Experience with e-commerce setup and management on website platforms

• Familiarity with the holistic wellness, spiritual services, or tourism industries

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms to track and optimize campaign performance

• Ability to work independently with minimal technical guidance and adapt quickly to new platforms and tools
