Job Description:

As a Social Media & Conversion Specialist, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition through social media engagement, content distribution, and community participation across platforms such as Facebook, Reddit, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other emerging channels.

Your primary goal will be to identify and execute strategies that generate clicks, encourage free-trial signups, and ultimately convert users into paying customers. Rather than simply posting content, you will actively experiment with different platforms, messaging approaches, and engagement tactics to determine what delivers the strongest results.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys testing ideas, analyzing outcomes, and continuously refining strategies based on performance data.

Schedule:

• Mondays to Fridays, flexible schedule based on the client’s business hours (with availability for occasional meetings during the afternoon or evening, US Pacific Time, 20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Social Media Engagement & Growth
• Identify and leverage social media platforms that generate the highest-quality traffic and customer conversions
• Create, publish, and distribute engaging content designed to drive clicks and free-trial signups
• Participate in relevant online communities and discussions to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Develop platform-specific strategies for Facebook, Reddit, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other channels
• Build relationships with online audiences through authentic engagement and community interaction

• Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition
• Drive traffic to landing pages, free-trial offers, and promotional campaigns
• Test different messaging, content formats, and calls-to-action to improve conversion rates
• Monitor user behavior and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for optimization
• Support initiatives focused on increasing customer acquisition and retention

• Content Creation & Campaign Execution
• Utilize company-provided tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, and other AI platforms to develop content efficiently
• Create written, visual, and promotional content tailored to different audiences and platforms
• Coordinate content publishing schedules and campaign execution
• Adapt content strategies based on platform performance and audience response

• Reporting & Optimization
• Track and report on key performance indicators including clicks, signups, conversions, and engagement metrics
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data
• Continuously experiment with new ideas, channels, and growth strategies
• Document successful approaches and develop repeatable acquisition processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience generating traffic, leads, or customer signups through social media channels
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and community engagement strategies
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Experience creating content designed to drive measurable business outcomes
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate performance and optimize campaigns
• Comfortable experimenting with different marketing approaches and platforms
• Familiarity with AI content creation tools is a plus

Preferred:

• Experience driving free-trial signups for SaaS, technology, or subscription-based products
• Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking tools
• Experience participating in online communities such as Reddit, LinkedIn groups, or niche forums
• Understanding of conversion optimization and customer acquisition funnels
