Client Overview:

The client is a growing U.S.-based B2B promotional products supplier supporting distributors across North America. The company specializes in branded merchandise, custom apparel, promotional items, and customized product solutions, helping distributor partners deliver successful projects to their customers. The business is expanding its sales operations and looking for driven sales professionals who can build relationships, grow accounts, and generate consistent revenue.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday EST (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

Sales Growth & Account Development

  • Develop and grow relationships with B2B distributor accounts
  • Conduct proactive outbound calls and follow-ups to generate new opportunities
  • Re-engage inactive accounts and identify additional revenue potential
  • Build long-term customer relationships through consistent communication
  • Drive repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
  • Schedule customer conversations and maintain strong account engagement

Pipeline Management & Closing

  • Manage sales opportunities from initial conversation through closing
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions
  • Handle pricing conversations, objections, and negotiations
  • Follow up consistently until opportunities are won or clearly closed
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and sales activity tracking
  • Ensure every opportunity has clear next steps

Customer & Internal Collaboration

  • Partner with Account Coordinators to ensure smooth customer experience
  • Collaborate with sourcing, design, and production teams on custom requests
  • Communicate timelines, expectations, and project requirements clearly
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and account information

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or inside sales
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets or quotas
  • Strong phone-based selling skills and confidence speaking with customers daily
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to manage KPIs, pipeline activity, and revenue goals
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable making calls every day and persistent with follow-ups

Qualifications:

  • Experience selling to U.S. businesses
  • Distributor or wholesale sales background
  • Promotional products, printing, apparel, or manufacturing experience
  • Experience managing quotes, margins, production timelines, or custom orders
  • Familiarity with Odoo or similar CRM systems
  • Experience using AI tools to improve productivity
