Job Overview

Our client is looking for a proactive, results-driven Sales Support Coordinator to manage outbound sales outreach and streamline inbound lead qualification. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for inbound prospects, managing initial communication, qualifying leads against specific criteria, and handling key administrative tasks like invoicing. This position is ideal for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a sales-driven environment and can seamlessly balance outreach with organizational administrative support.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM PST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales outreach to a database of 900+ leads to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Field and filter inbound intro calls to assess prospect fit based on budget, timeline, and project scope.
  • Manage inbox organization and ensure timely responses to clients and prospects.
  • Create and send invoices aligned with project milestones and payment schedules.
  • Log qualified leads and new customer details into the company's internal CRM.
  • Schedule follow-up calls and coordinate handoffs to the founder for qualified prospects.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound prospects arriving via the company website.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a sales support, SDR, or administrative role.
  • Professional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to ask effective qualifying questions and identify prospect fit.
  • High level of attention to detail when managing client data and invoicing.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Professional phone manner and ability to represent the brand on calls.
