Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (Hawaiian Time, 20 hours per week)
- With options to expand to full-time (40 hours per week)
Scope:
This is a specialized, top-of-funnel outbound sales support role designed to maintain consistent appointment volume and pipeline expansion for your existing closing team.
Responsibilities:
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and digital outreach channels.
- Qualify cold and warm leads systematically against the target criteria to build a clean pipeline.
- Coordinate and manage the sales calendar to secure qualified meetings and product demos for internal closers.
- Document and update all outreach attempts, notes, and lead dispositions thoroughly inside the CRM.
- Manage persistent follow-up sequences with unresponsive leads to recover latent revenue opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, or sales development representative roles.
- Elite verbal and written English communication skills with highly professional phone mechanics.
- Strong capacity to quickly absorb internal product positioning, value pitches, and scripts.
- Natural resilience, proactive problem-solving traits, and a target-driven personal mindset.
