Join our growing team as an Outbound Sales Appointment Setter, focusing on niche B2B outreach to funeral homes across the United States. In this role, you will conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to research, qualify, and secure confirmed appointments directly for the business owner. Schedule:
- Part-time: 20 hours per week (4 hours per day, 5 days per week)
- Mon-Fri 10 am - 2 pm. Mountain Standard Time.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to funeral homes across the United States to generate interest in marketing services
- Research and build targeted call lists using online directories and mapping tools
- Qualify prospects and secure confirmed appointments for the business owner to close
- Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, follow-ups, and scheduled meetings
- Handle objections professionally while maintaining a respectful and empathetic tone in a sensitive industry
Requirements
- Proven cold calling or outbound sales experience with a strong track record of booking appointments
- Excellent English communication skills with a clear, confident, and empathetic phone presence
- Comfortable handling rejection and working in a high-volume outreach environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail in CRM updates, call logging, and lead tracking
Scope:
- Approx. 50+ outbound calls per day, including lead research
