Job Overview

We are seeking a top-level, independent  Senior B2B Sales Executive (UK Market)  to become the sole sales professional for our client. Your mission will be to proactively drive new business development and expand our client base.

This is a fully remote, full-time position focused primarily on the UK market, with potential for international expansion in the future. You will manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to final onboarding, operating with minimal supervision.

Schedule

    • 9 AM to 5 PM UK hours (GMT/BST), Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Sales Management: Own the sales process from start to finish—including lead generation, discovery, pitching, closing, and customer onboarding.
  • Omnichannel Outreach: Generate and nurture leads via phone, email, social media channels, and professional networks.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct face-to-face discovery calls and product demonstrations via Microsoft Teams and Zoom to identify prospect pain points and present tailored solutions.
  • Account Management & Retention: * Call existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
      • Re-engage lapsed or older accounts to win back their business.
  • Independent Execution: Work autonomously as our standalone sales agent to hit targets and expand our market footprint.

Job Requirements

Must-Have Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of handling face-to-face sales (either online or in person).
  • Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English. Must have a clear, professional accent tailored for the UK market.
  • Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and drive results as a solo operator.
  • Tech Literacy: High proficiency in conducting professional online meetings (Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and leveraging social media for prospecting.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

  • Experience or an established network within the manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with selling diverse, multi-category product and service offerings.
