Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead follow-up through to deal closure for AI-powered website and automation solutions
- Follow up on inbound leads by tracking email opens, video views, and CRM engagement signals to prioritize outreach
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of smart website solutions, AI voice agents, and review optimization to home services business owners
- Proactively generate outbound leads during low-volume periods using provided tools and prospect lists
- Maintain accurate pipeline records and activity logs within GoHighLevel CRM
- Nurture prospect relationships through consistent communication to drive high-ticket conversions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in SaaS or digital marketing sales, ideally selling to small business owners
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms for pipeline and lead management
- Strong understanding of the home services industry and the challenges faced by trades-based businesses
- Excellent verbal communication skills suited to engaging US, UK, Australian, and Canadian prospects
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative in a startup environment
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
