Job Overview

Our client is looking for a dynamic professional to act as the vital connection between homeowners ready for bathroom transformations and their field sales team. This isn’t cold calling – you’ll work exclusively with warm leads from people already interested in renovation services. You’ll manage a steady flow of qualified prospects through established systems, set appointments that convert to real sales, and earn commissions when your appointments close. With comprehensive training and ongoing support, you’ll quickly master the art of turning interest into scheduled consultations.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM Eastern Time & Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time (23 work hours per week)

Note: Commissions will be provided for meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Contact warm leads from Angie’s List, Modernize, Facebook, Google, and other established sources.
• Set qualified appointments for field sales representatives to visit prospects.
• Manage and cycle through a robust database of 7,000 existing leads in ServiceMinder CRM.
• Monitor and respond to prospect inquiries through Hatch text messaging system.
• Use RingCentral phone dialer for efficient outbound calling.
• Participate in franchise training programs covering appointment setting techniques and call scripts.
• Attend weekly team meetings focused on conversion strategies and handling objections.
• Track and optimize appointment conversion rates to maximize earnings potential.

Requirements

• Experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or inside sales.
• Comfortable navigating CRM systems and phone dialer platforms.
• Professional English communication skills for both phone and text interactions.
• Self-motivated to work through lead databases during varying volume periods.
• Ability to attend training sessions and participate in team meetings.

Nice to Have

• Experience with ServiceMinder, RingCentral, or similar platforms.
• Home improvement or construction industry knowledge.
