Technical Recruiter

Job Overview

Our client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join their team. Reporting directly to the HR Director, this role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple branches located in California, Washington, and Oregon. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing, interviewing, and hiring experience, along with the ability to meet staffing goals in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM MST (35 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, interview, and hire qualified technicians for multiple branch locations.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting through offer acceptance.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Partner with the HR Director to establish staffing goals and hiring timelines for each branch.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools for future hiring needs.
  • Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring outcomes.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist with additional HR and recruitment initiatives as the company continues to grow.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through various recruitment platforms and job boards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize competing deadlines.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for technical, skilled trade, or technician positions is preferred.
