Job Overview

Our client is looking for a Customer Scheduling Coordinator to serve as the frontline communication link between customers and the field technician team. This role is responsible for answering inbound calls, capturing accurate service details, and managing calendars to ensure proper technician-to-job matching. The ideal candidate will provide a professional first point of contact, reducing missed call volume and maximizing appointment bookings.

Schedule

Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from clients and provide a professional first point of contact for the company.
  • Follow branching call scripts to ask targeted discovery questions and accurately capture job details.
  • Schedule service appointments onto the company calendar and confirm booking details with clients.
  • Provide clients with updates on existing appointments, service history, and basic service information.
  • Escalate critical issues and urgent service requests to the appropriate internal team members.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions within Housecall Pro.
  • Support after-hours and weekend call coverage to maximize appointment bookings.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately document client information for field technicians.
  • Professional English verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly phone manner.
  • Ability to follow structured scripts while adapting to different call scenarios.
  • Experience working within a CRM or scheduling platform such as Housecall Pro.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple calls efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
