Job Overview:

This is a part-time role focused on completing backend setup tasks and managing automation for a digital coaching business. The role requires expertise in Beacons AI platform, email automation, and social media integration. The ideal candidate will work independently to troubleshoot, set up, and optimize digital business infrastructure within a 5-7 day initial timeline.

Client Overview:

The client is building a coaching and digital products business offering programs, PDFs, and coaching services through online platforms. The business is in the growth phase and requires technical support to complete setup tasks and manage ongoing automation needs.

Schedule:

• Mondays to Fridays (Australian Eastern Time, TBD based on workload)

Responsibilities:

• Complete setup tasks for Beacons AI platform connected to TikTok, including product offerings, programs, and PDFs.
• Configure and manage email automation systems to ensure smooth business operations.
• Set up chatbots and automated communication systems for social media platforms.
• Handle payment integration and backend technical configurations.
• Troubleshoot and fix existing technical issues across digital platforms.
• Monitor and maintain business automation systems to ensure continuous smooth operation.
• Manage social media backend tasks and communication when the client is unavailable.

Must Have Requirements:

• Proven experience with Beacons AI platform setup and management.
• Strong technical skills in automation tools and workflow setup.
• Experience with email automation systems and chatbot configuration.
• Ability to work independently and complete technical tasks with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills for troubleshooting backend issues.

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

• Experience working with coaching businesses or digital product platforms.
• Familiarity with TikTok business integrations and social media automation.
• Background in payment gateway setup and configuration.
