Schedule:
- Mondays to Thursdays, 10:30 am to 3:30 pm (US Eastern Time, 20 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update website content, including uploading new images and information
- Create and publish social media content across various platforms
- Schedule and coordinate appointments as needed
- Perform general administrative tasks and back-office support
- Maintain consistent communication and updates across digital channels
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media content creation and management
- Strong website management skills with the ability to update content and images independently
- Excellent administrative and organizational abilities
- Experience working remotely as a virtual assistant
- Background in communications or digital marketing roles
