B2B Cold Caller – Real Estate Outreach

Job Overview:
Our client is looking for a  B2B Cold Caller to join their team. In this role, you will focus exclusively on the U.S. real estate market, working from a provided contact list of realtors to conduct outreach. You will utilize JustCall or a similar calling platform for outbound dialing and collaborate directly with the business owner to refine messaging and report on results.

Schedule:

Flexible during client business hours (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to realtors to introduce and promote personalized closing gift products
  • Follow a provided call script to effectively communicate the value proposition to prospective clients
  • Book sales appointments and closings with interested realtors
  • Maintain accurate records of call outcomes, follow-ups, and lead status
  • Consistently meet daily and weekly call targets to drive pipeline growth

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in outbound cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections with resilience and composure
  • High level of attention to detail when managing contact lists and call logs
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
