Their goal is to establish a strong local presence through strategic lead generation, digital marketing, referral partnerships, and exceptional customer service.

Job Overview

We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to manage content creation, social media publishing, Google Business Profile optimization, review generation, and website updates. This role plays a key part in enhancing brand visibility, local search performance, and customer engagement. They want team members who are proactive, organized, and excited about contributing to the growth of a fast-moving startup environment where their work will have a direct impact on business success.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, flexible between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Utah Time (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the company's Google Business Profile
  • Respond to customer reviews and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Upload photos and publish posts to Google Business Profile
  • Coordinate the collection of project photos and videos from field teams
  • Edit photos and videos into engaging social media content
  • Create and publish social media posts, reels, and short-form video content
  • Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules
  • Send review requests to completed customers and monitor review acquisition efforts
  • Track and report on review performance and engagement metrics
  • Update website content, service pages, and city-specific landing pages
  • Support local SEO initiatives through content publishing and website updates
  • Monitor content performance and recommend improvements
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing KPI reports
  • Assist with brand awareness and digital marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • Previous experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing
  • Strong experience with Canva, video editing, and social media platforms
  • Experience managing Google Business Profiles
  • Understanding of local SEO and website content optimization
  • Experience updating websites and landing pages
  • Experience with Google Workspace and marketing tools
  • Experience within home services, construction, or real estate industries is advantageous
