Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, with a fixed schedule from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm (US Eastern Time, 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day)
Scope:
- Serve as the primary email marketing and administrative resource for a small, senior-level team
- Take ownership of the company's CRM setup, data hygiene, and marketing automation processes
- Collaborate directly with the business owner on an ongoing basis, learning company-specific processes and industry nuances
- Contribute to business development efforts by ensuring timely and professional client communications
- Identify opportunities to improve internal workflows and marketing effectiveness over time
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and create email marketing campaign in conjunction with the company president.
- Execute email marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture client relationships for two entities (2 companies)
- Set up and manage CRM workflows and automations within CRM program to streamline outreach and follow-ups
- Develop email content and collateral that reflects the company's brand and expertise in construction and real estate investment
- Support proposal preparation and coordinate project-related documentation as needed
- Maintain accurate contact records in the CRM
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in email marketing, campaign management, and basic marketing automation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with CRM programs or platforms
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- A proactive, eager-to-learn mindset with a genuine interest in growing within the role
- Extremely helpful: knowledge of the construction industry and also of financial investment.
