Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Luxury Jewelry Email Sales Specialist to assist prospective clients throughout the custom engagement ring purchasing journey. This role is responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing pricing information, and guiding clients through the custom ring design process via email. The ideal candidate has exceptional written communication skills, a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, and an appreciation for fine jewelry and luxury products. This position is perfect for someone who can build trust through thoughtful, personalized communication while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in every interaction.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Eastern Time, with 1 hour unpaid break (35 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer email inquiries regarding custom lab diamond engagement rings in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate pricing quotes and walk prospective clients through the custom ring selection process
• Maintain a natural, human tone in all email communications while ensuring brand consistency
• Follow established email templates and contribute to the development of new response frameworks
• Track and manage client conversations to ensure no inquiries fall through the cracks
• Support the sales pipeline by guiding prospective customers toward purchasing decisions

Requirements

• Prior experience in email-based sales or customer service, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry
• Familiarity with lab diamond engagement rings and the custom jewelry process
• Exceptional attention to detail, including proper grammar, capitalization, and formatting
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey warmth and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client conversations simultaneously
• High level of reliability and consistency in producing error-free correspondence
