Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic Bilingual Eligibility Screener to handle inbound inquiries from English- and Spanish-speaking clients. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for verifying Medicaid eligibility and guiding prospective enrollees through the onboarding process. If you excel at multitasking across multiple communication channels and pride yourself on delivering a professional client experience, we want you on our team.

Schedule: 09:00 - 18:00 EST

Responsibilities

• Field inbound calls from English- and Spanish-speaking clients to collect personal and eligibility information
• Screen and verify client eligibility for Medicaid health insurance programs
• Communicate the enrollment process clearly and set accurate expectations with prospective enrollees
• Manage client inquiries and follow-ups across phone, WhatsApp, and email channels
• Maintain organized and accurate records of all client interactions and eligibility outcomes
• Provide a professional and empathetic client experience throughout the screening process

Requirements

• Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Professional phone manner with a clear, confident voice tone
• Strong multitasking ability and comfort managing multiple communication channels simultaneously
• High level of attention to detail when handling sensitive client information
• Ability to work independently and follow established processes after training
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
