Join our team as a remote Travel Consultant and leverage your Amadeus GDS expertise to craft seamless travel experiences for individual and group clients. In this fast-paced, client-facing role, you will independently manage complex flight reservations and deliver exceptional support to English-speaking customers. Schedule:

Full-time, 09:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time

Responsibilities

• Book and manage flight reservations using the Amadeus GDS platform for individual and group clients
• Handle inbound phone calls and communicate professionally with English-speaking customers
• Create accurate itineraries for time-sensitive travel needs, including urgent documentation requirements
• Coordinate and problem-solve complex booking scenarios involving multiple passengers and tight deadlines
• Ensure all booking details — including dates, passenger names, and flight information — are verified before delivery
• Provide responsive client support and proactively flag potential issues before they escalate

Requirements

• Proven experience with Amadeus GDS for flight bookings and itinerary management
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate client needs
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail under time pressure
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment without constant supervision
• Prior experience in a travel agency or similar client-facing travel role
