As a School Outreach Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective kindergarten centers and schools throughout Victoria. Our client is a mobile dental services provider dedicated to delivering convenient and accessible dental checkups to children through partnerships with kindergartens, childcare centers, and schools across Victoria. Their team works closely with educational institutions to coordinate on-site dental services that support children's oral health and wellbeing. Our client is looking for a proactive School Outreach Appointment Setter to help expand their reach and build strong relationships with educational decision-makers.

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST, with 30-minute paid break (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to kindergarten directors, center managers, principals, and school administrators across Victoria and the Melbourne metropolitan area
- Introduce mobile dental services, communicate key benefits, and generate new business opportunities
- Schedule and coordinate on-site dental checkup appointments with educational institutions
- Perform consistent follow-ups via phone and email to nurture prospects and support the decision-making process
- Maintain high outbound call activity, manage a healthy sales pipeline, and track lead progression for timely follow-ups
- Accurately update CRM and dental software systems with prospect information, notes, and activity records
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth appointment coordination and service delivery
Requirements
- Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, lead generation, or outbound sales
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence
- Ability to quickly build rapport and effectively handle objections
- Experience managing high-volume outbound calling campaigns
- Proficiency with CRM systems and lead management tools
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with the ability to learn specialized dental software platforms
