Customer Success & Order Management Specialist (Canadian/International Clients)

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success & Order Management Specialist (Canadian/International Clients) to join our team in a client support capacity. This role focuses on after-sales customer support, order management, data entry, and account management (non-sales). The ideal candidate will not only bring relevant experience but also demonstrate strong personal attributes that ensure reliability, excellence, and proactive problem-solving.

Schedule: Full-time, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Canada, MST | 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day with a 1-hour unpaid break

Responsibilities:

  • Provide after-sales customer support, ensuring timely resolution of client concerns

  • Manage and track orders, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in processing

  • Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail

  • Support account management activities, focusing on client satisfaction and operational excellence

  • Collaborate with internal teams to anticipate issues, propose solutions, and maintain smooth workflows

  • Apply previous learnings and sound judgment to address challenges effectively

  • Balance competing priorities with agility, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a BPO environment, with a solid background in customer support, order management, data entry or account management

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Canadian or international clients/customers

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a remote setup

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team success

  • Quick learner and demonstrates problem-solving skills

System Requirements:

  • Minimum 100 Mbps internet plan (fiber, wired connection required)
