Job Overview:
Our client is looking for a proactive and growth-focused Digital Marketing and Operations Coordinator to support the ongoing growth and development of the business. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong digital marketing experience and eager to expand their skills into business operations, data analysis, automation, and drafting-related support. Our client is looking for someone curious, adaptable, and excited to learn new systems and processes while contributing meaningful improvements to the business. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership to support marketing initiatives, analyze business performance, streamline workflows, and assist with projects that contribute to business growth and operational efficiency. Initially offered as a part-time position, this role has the potential to transition into a full-time opportunity for the right candidate.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday AEST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Brand Growth
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Manage and coordinate content across social media and digital channels
- Support website updates, content optimization, and online presence initiatives
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Help develop strategies to increase brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, organize, and analyze business and marketing data
- Create reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Present findings and actionable recommendations to management
Business Operations Support
- Assist with business improvement projects and operational initiatives
- Support process documentation and workflow optimization
- Help maintain accurate business records and reporting systems
- Coordinate project-related tasks and follow through on deliverables
Automation & Systems Improvement
- Research and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency
- Support integration and optimization of business systems and tools
- Assist with streamlining repetitive processes and administrative workflows
- Recommend solutions that improve productivity and reduce manual tasks
Drafting & Technical Support (Training Provided)
- Assist with basic drafting-related tasks and project documentation where required
- Learn and support drafting or technical workflows relevant to the business
- Work alongside internal stakeholders to ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
- Develop an understanding of industry-specific processes and systems
Requirements: (Essential Skills & Experience)
- Proven experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, or related roles
- Strong understanding of social media, content marketing, and digital campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Exposure to automation tools and process improvement initiatives
- Experience working with CRM platforms and digital business systems
- Basic drafting knowledge or willingness to learn drafting-related processes
- Experience supporting operational or business improvement projects
