Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Website Builder to design, build, and launch a modern sales-focused website. This role is primarily focused on the initial website setup and implementation, rather than ongoing marketing or digital advertising activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Wix, website design best practices, user experience, and sales funnel development to create a website that drives inquiries and conversions.

As the business continues to expand, we are seeking a skilled Wix Website Builder to create a professional, user-friendly online sales platform that effectively showcases our products and services.

Schedule:

• Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (Australian Eastern Time, 20 hours per week)

Project Scope:

• Primary focus is the one-time setup, design, and launch of the website.

• No ongoing marketing, social media management, or digital advertising responsibilities are required.
• Opportunity for occasional future updates or enhancements based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build a professional website using Wix.
• Create a user-friendly sales platform that effectively showcases products and services.
• Develop website layouts, landing pages, and conversion-focused page structures.
• Configure website navigation, forms, contact pages, and lead capture tools.
• Optimize the website for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Integrate essential business tools and features as required (contact forms, booking forms, payment gateways, CRM integrations, etc.).
• Ensure the website follows modern design standards and best practices.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance prior to launch.
• Provide website handover documentation and basic training for internal users if required.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience building websites using Wix.
• Strong understanding of website design, UX/UI principles, and conversion-focused layouts.
• Experience creating sales-driven or lead-generation websites.
• Ability to work independently and manage project timelines effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with product-based or service-based businesses.
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and website performance optimization.
• Experience integrating third-party tools, forms, payment systems, or CRM platforms within Wix.
