German Bilingual Customer Service Agent

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Mountain Time, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week). Note: All agents receive two paid 15-minute breaks.

Responsibilities

  • Speak to customers on inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats.
  • Handle customer inquiries usually regarding accounts and membership needs.
  • Focus on retaining customers who wish to cancel their membership.
  • Answer order inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Document all interactions accurately within the project’s systems.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English with strong soft skills and a positive, upbeat attitude.
  • VIDEO RECORDING INTRODUCING YOURSELF; MUST BE SAVED IN A GOOGLE DRIVE.
  • Ability to handle back-to-back contacts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset and adaptability.
  • OS: Windows 10/11 (Strictly no MacBooks).
  • Connectivity: Verified Static IP, or a confirmed path to obtaining one.
  • Peripherals: USB-connected headset (No Bluetooth/3.5mm).
  • Display: Dual monitors (confirmed on-hand or immediate purchase).
  • Reliable computer hardware capable of running a virtual desktop.
  • Previous sales or retention experience is considered a plus.
