Job Overview
Our client is looking for a driven and resilient Outbound B2B Appointment Setter to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for high-volume cold calling to academic institutions across the United States, utilizing short sales scripts to generate interest, qualify leads, and secure commitments for scheduled meetings.

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume cold calling to approximately 6,000 universities and colleges across the US
- Execute 30-second to 1-minute sales scripts to introduce services and generate interest
- Research and verify contact information for university and college decision-makers when needed
- Qualify leads through strategic questioning and needs assessment
- Handle objections, rejections, and pushbacks professionally to move prospects forward
- Secure strong commitments from prospects to attend scheduled meetings
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and outcomes
- Work closely with management to achieve monthly goals (such as 40 qualified leads per month)
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales and appointment-setting experience with a track record of achieving qualified lead or meeting targets.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, strong phone presence, and a customer service-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle high call volumes, overcome objections, and manage rejection professionally while maintaining energy throughout the day.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating closely with management and meeting performance expectations.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, dialers, and other sales tools for tracking activities and managing pipelines.
- Comfortable working US business hours and following the US holiday schedule.
Willing to undergo a 90-day probationary period with ongoing performance evaluations.
