Job Overview:
Our client is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to serve as the central back- end support for their sales team's lead management and customer follow-up process. In this role, you will maintain accurate records, coordinate with field staff, and ensure consistent communication with prospects to improve lead conversion rates for a dynamic B2C relocation business.
Schedule:
Flexible schedule, 20 work hours per week (Part-Time)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage incoming leads to ensure timely follow-up by the sales team
- Coordinate with field sales staff to track customer interactions and update lead status in Google Sheets
- Collect and organize essential documents from customers, including quotations and passport copies
- Conduct follow-up calls and communications with international clients to maintain engagement throughout the sales cycle
- Assist with scheduling and administrative coordination to support the sales team's field operations
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or virtual assistant role
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with international clients
- Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including occasional weekend availability to adapt to seasonal demands
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and general productivity tools
