JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive Appointment Setter to generate and schedule quoting appointments for commercial cleaning services. This role requires initiative and resourcefulness, as you will be responsible for both contacting provided leads and independently sourcing new prospects. You will work closely with the business owner to target specific business types and geographic regions within Melbourne.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to warm leads and previously contacted clients to set appointments for quoting.

• Independently research and source potential clients using online tools such as Google Maps based on daily targeting instructions (e.g., medical practices, logistics companies).

• Follow provided scripts and training to pitch services and secure appointments with decision-makers.

• Contact clients from existing company databases and manage follow-up communications.

• Adapt quickly to changing daily targets across different business sectors and geographic areas.

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in lead generation or outbound B2B sales.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers over the phone.

• Self-motivated and resourceful with the ability to independently source contact information and identify target businesses.

NICE-TO-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience working with Australian businesses.

• Familiarity with CRM systems or sales dialers such as Google Voice or JustCall.
