A commercial cleaning company serving the Melbourne metropolitan area is seeking a proactive B2B Lead Generation & Appointment Setter for a part-time remote role. You will be responsible for conducting outbound B2B calls to set appointments for cleaning quotes with decision-makers, utilizing both existing databases and your own independent research. The ideal candidate can work efficiently with minimal CRM infrastructure and successfully source new prospects across targeted industries like medical practices and logistics. This position offers a flexible schedule of 20 hours per week during Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound B2B calls to set appointments for commercial cleaning quotes with decision-makers.
  • Independently research and identify potential clients in specified geographic regions and industry sectors using online tools and directories.
  • Contact warm leads from existing client databases where previous business discussions did not result in conversion.
  • Follow the provided training and guidelines for pitch delivery, appointment setting protocols, and target client identification.
  • Adapt daily targeting focus based on the direction provided, such as medical practices, logistics companies, or other commercial sectors.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B outbound sales or lead generation.
  • Ability to independently source and research potential clients using online tools and databases.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers effectively.
  • Previous experience working with Australian businesses is preferred.
  • Background in appointment setting or sales for service-based industries is preferred.
