Your Role: Appointment Setter / Sales Representative (Outbound B2B)
Job Overview
The client is a US-based company headquartered in Orlando, Florida, connecting drivers with attorneys to handle traffic violations across all US states.
The company serves trucking companies, transportation fleets, rideshare drivers (Uber/Lyft), and individual drivers. They recently launched a membership model where drivers pay a monthly subscription for ongoing ticket coverage, shifting from a one-time fee structure.
The goal of this role is to aggressively scale membership sales and expand the nationwide attorney network, allowing in-house closers to focus on converting qualified deals rather than prospecting.
Schedule: Mon-Friday form 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with 1 hr break . 40hrs per week EST
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to trucking companies, fleet operators, and transportation businesses nationwide
- Promote membership plans and overcome objections to secure qualified interest
- Reach out to attorneys across all US states and towns to build a nationwide flat-fee collaboration network
- Book qualified appointments or perform live transfers to the in-house closing team
- Identify and engage key decision-makers within fleets, logistics companies, and legal firms
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, follow-ups, and pipeline progress
- Support the scaling of both driver membership acquisition and attorney network expansion
Requirements
- Must-have: Proven outbound sales / cold calling / appointment setting experience (non-negotiable)
- Strong English communication skills with a clear, confident, and persuasive phone presence
- Experience handling objections in a high-volume sales environment
- Ability to tailor messaging for different audiences (fleet managers, attorneys, business owners)
- Strong organizational skills for managing call lists, follow-ups, and CRM tracking
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable with rejection
- Experience in trucking, logistics, transportation, or related industries is a strong advantage (preferred but not required)
