Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time Zone

Responsibilities

• Create and manage marketing content for new listings, coming-soon announcements, just-sold posts, and seasonal campaigns across multiple communities
• Edit and produce video content to support property marketing and brand visibility
• Maintain and update the company website, Google presence, and all active digital platforms
• Design professional presentation slides for internal team meetings and events
• Develop marketing materials for community events, parades, and promotional activities
• Recommend and implement improved marketing tools and strategies to elevate the company's digital presence
• Manage marketing output across five real estate communities with varying seasonal demands
• Adapt campaign intensity based on seasonal transaction volume — maintaining momentum during slower winter months
• Serve as the primary content and digital marketing resource for the company's real estate agents
• Collaborate with leadership and business development to align marketing efforts with company goals
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and marketing materials

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management within a real estate or related industry (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva and Photoshop
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and SEO best practices
• Strong written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects across different communities
• Strategic mindset with the ability to advise on marketing tools and campaign direction
