Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and tech-savvy Sales Development & Marketing Automation Specialist to manage inbound leads, execute outbound prospecting campaigns, and help book qualified sales conversations.
The ideal candidate understands modern B2B sales processes and is comfortable using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, AI research tools, and outbound automation systems to identify prospects, personalize outreach, and generate opportunities.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys combining sales, technology, and automation to create efficient growth systems.
Schedule:
Part Time - 20h per week - Flexible within Monday - Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM UK Time Zone
Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to inbound website enquiries quickly and professionally

Qualify incoming leads and guide prospects toward booking sales calls

Send structured follow-up messages and nurture potential customers

Execute cold email outreach campaigns

Conduct prospect research and build targeted lead lists

Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and outreach

Support appointment setting and calendar booking activities

Use AI tools to research companies, personalize messaging, and improve outreach performance

Manage CRM records, update lead status, and track sales activities

Support outbound automation workflows using tools such as Clay or similar platforms

Maintain organized prospect databases and campaign tracking sheets

Assist with basic marketing automation tasks including audience segmentation, pixels, and retargeting workflows

Follow established sales processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements:

Previous experience in sales development, lead generation, appointment setting, or growth marketing

Experience with cold email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting

Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate pipeline records

Comfortable working with AI tools for research, personalization, and productivity
