Paid Social Media Buyer (Meta Ads)

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a strategic and analytical Paid Social Media Buyer (Meta Ads) to plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta platforms while presenting clear data and insights directly to clients. This is a high-visibility, client-facing role where you will be responsible for managing the media buying strategies for a portfolio of 10–15 client accounts. Daily tasks include media planning, media strategy development, media buying, and constant performance analysis to maximize ROI and ensure the best results for their diverse client base.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Central Time, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Meta advertising strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Plan, launch, and manage ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize results and ROI.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of campaign data and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage media budgets and allocate spend effectively.
  • Perform audience targeting, testing, and campaign scaling.
  • Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients.
  • Stay up to date with Meta advertising best practices and platform updates.
  • Manage a portfolio of 10–15 client accounts effectively.
  • Achieve client KPIs including lead generation, sales, ROAS, and customer acquisition targets.
  • Maintain strong client satisfaction and retention.
  • Deliver consistent campaign optimization and performance improvements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional media buying experience in Meta Ads Manager.
  • Proficiency in comprehensive media planning and media strategy development.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and campaign metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Fluency in English.

Qualifications

  • Experience with cannabis brands or working within a digital marketing agency is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
