About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive Business Development Representative to help grow our pipeline and build relationships with prospective clients. This role focuses on outreach, research, lead qualification, and scheduling meetings with key decision-makers.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Thursdays, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm (US Eastern Time, 20 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Research and identify prospective clients and decision-makers
- Qualify opportunities and uncover future project needs
- Schedule introductory meetings for senior leadership
- Maintain accurate records and activity updates in the CRM
- Build and manage a pipeline of both existing and new prospects
- Follow up consistently to nurture long-term opportunities
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or client outreach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient with CRM platforms and online research tools
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
