Senior Account Executive

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior SaaS Account Executive to drive new business growth for a leading software platform serving beverage distributors across the United States. This remote role manages the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with the unique opportunity to quickly evolve into a team leadership position. Schedule

Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Conduct outbound sales outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers, including executives, sales leaders, operations managers, and marketing leaders.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and communicate the value of SaaS solutions that improve operational efficiency, compliance, reporting, and cost management.
  • Develop customized sales strategies based on prospect needs and business objectives.
  • Lead contract negotiations and successfully close new business opportunities.
  • Maintain an accurate and organized sales pipeline within the CRM.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and leadership teams to improve messaging, positioning, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to support product development and business growth initiatives.
  • Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to sales process improvements when needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong record of exceeding quota.
  • Proven experience managing complex sales cycles and closing mid-market and enterprise-level accounts.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Experience selling software solutions to distribution, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, beverage, consumer goods, or related industries is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build credibility with C-level executives and senior business stakeholders.
  • Strong CRM and sales pipeline management experience.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Leadership, coaching, or sales team management experience is a strong advantage.
