B2B Sales Development Representative

Job Overview

A fast-growing, Florida-based marketing agency operating on a monthly subscription model is seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Development Representative. In this full-time remote role, you will handle a hybrid lead flow by combining high-volume cold outbound outreach with warm inbound lead follow-ups. You will be responsible for independently managing your pipeline, overcoming objections, and converting leads into recurring subscription clients. This is a performance-driven position requiring high accountability, offering a base hourly rate plus commission and long-term leadership growth opportunities.

Schedule

Mon-Fri, 9 am - 6 pm EST with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to generate new subscription-based business opportunities
  • Manage and follow up on inbound leads from social media, Google, and YouTube campaigns
  • Qualify prospects and convert them into paying monthly subscription clients ($300–$500 range)
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of outreach activity, pipeline status, and follow-ups
  • Overcome objections and close deals to meet monthly sales targets
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager on daily targets, lead distribution, and conversion strategy

Requirements

  • Must-have: Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, cold calling, or SDR/appointment setting roles
  • Experience in SaaS or marketing services sales is required
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a confident, professional, and persuasive phone presence
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision (self-managed performer required)
  • High accountability and strong results-driven mindset
  • Experience selling subscription-based or recurring revenue services is a strong advantage
  • Comfortable handling both warm inbound leads and cold outbound outreach
  • Strong reliability, consistency, and ability to operate in a remote environment without close oversight
  • Strong outbound closer with experience handling objections and converting leads
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
  • Self-starter who can operate without constant supervision
  • Has experience in SaaS or marketing services sales (required)
  • Proven ability in subscription-based or recurring revenue sales environments
