Global Sales Specialist for Capital Markets Outreach

Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy, performance-focused Sales Agent to lead our global outbound origination efforts. You will be responsible for cold-calling public company issuers worldwide to introduce our prime brokerage and investment banking services.
Schedule:
40 hours per week, 5 days per week (24/5 coverage availability)
Client Timezone: Multi-timezone (Global outreach)
Responsibilities:
- Execute a minimum of 200 outbound calls daily to global public issuers.
- Introduce firm banking, brokerage, and underwriting service offerings to senior executives.
- Determine client interest in debt/equity financing and cross-border listings.
- Manage and update the firm CRM with detailed prospect information.
- Conduct systematic follow-up calls to maintain firm visibility and nurture leads.
- Coordinate with internal banking teams to transition qualified opportunities.
- Maintain a high volume of activity to ensure a constant pipeline of prospects.
- Navigate complex international stock exchanges and corporate structures.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in high-volume outbound telemarketing or sales.
- Strong understanding of banking, capital markets, or institutional brokerage services.
- Excellent English communication skills with a confident phone presence.
- Disciplined work ethic capable of meeting strict daily call volume KPIs.
- Ability to work flexible shifts to cover global markets.
- Bonus if you are bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese.
- It helps if you have prior experience with public company outreach or institutional finance.
