Customer Service Representative

Overview

We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will manage communications, schedule service appointments, and leverage your strong organizational skills to deliver a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Monday to Friday FT 8am to 5pm, 1 hr unpaid break EST

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls and provide professional, empathetic support
  • Respond to customer emails and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician availability
  • Communicate appointment details and service expectations clearly to customers
  • Order, receive, and track parts as needed to support service operations
  • Accurately enter customer information, appointments, and service details into company systems
  • Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy
  • Assist customers with questions, updates, and service-related concerns
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient scheduling and service delivery

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, administrative support, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong telephone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Apple products preferred for internal communication (not mandatory)
  • Bonus if you have experience in the Appliance industry
