Our client is seeking a Customer Support Representative to serve as the primary bridge between internal operations and US-based marketing clients. In this remote role, you will champion client satisfaction by efficiently managing accounts and delivering responsive support across phone and email channels. It is an exceptional opportunity for a sharp multitasker to thrive independently while helping build a scalable client support process.

Schedule

  • Full-time | Mon-Fri 9 am-6 pm EST (40 hours a week)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issue resolution
  • Deliver a professional and responsive client experience across phone and email channels
  • Manage and prioritize multiple client accounts and service requests simultaneously
  • Document client interactions and maintain accurate records for follow-up
  • Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention
  • Handle day-to-day client communications and service fulfillment coordination
  • Work closely with the operations and creative teams to ensure client needs are met
  • Contribute to building a scalable client support process as the company grows
  • Maintain brand consistency and professionalism in all client-facing interactions

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing support role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor with a high level of attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
