Your Role: Cold Caller / Lead Generation Specialist
Schedule- Monday-Friday Central time
Responsibilities:
- Execute high-volume outbound cold calls from provided prospect lists, targeting approximately 400 dials per day
- Introduce the company and its services using a provided script in a clear and professional manner
- Collect key prospect information including name and address before transferring calls
- Live transfer qualified and interested prospects directly to the sales team for quoting
- Maintain accurate call logs and records to support daily performance tracking
- Meet daily and weekly KPIs for call volume, contact rates, and successful live transfers
Requirements:
- Prior experience in outbound cold calling or lead generation, preferably calling American clientele
- Neutral English accent with strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging conversational tone
- High level of resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail when capturing prospect information
Scope:
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential insurance customers on behalf of the company
- Support the company's transition from a high-cost outsourced telemarketing provider to an in-house remote calling operation
- Contribute directly to lead pipeline growth and revenue generation through consistent outbound activity
- Operate within the company's dialing platform with a dedicated login and seat
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth and timely live transfers
- Help the business scale its lead generation capacity at a sustainable cost
