As a Technical Project Manager (Process Improvement & Delivery), we’ll rely on you to drive operational excellence by overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring every phase is executed efficiently while keeping teams aligned, engaged, and on track. We’ll count on you to develop strategies, define key processes, and optimize systems that improve efficiency and overall performance.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely across departments, champion best practices, and foster clear communication to keep projects moving forward. Your ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail will make you an essential part of our team, helping both colleagues and clients achieve success. As we continue to grow our multi-service and technology product offerings, we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable wearing many hats.

Schedule: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM New York, USA Time Zone | Fixed schedule, part-time

Responsibilities:

  • Process Design and Improvement: Develop and implement efficient project processes. Analyze current processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to optimize productivity
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of delivery, marketing, and/or technical-related projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data to assess project performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for process improvements
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and team members to understand their needs and ensure project processes align with organizational goals
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and standards. Maintain thorough documentation for processes and changes
  • Communication: Maintain high-touch communication both internally and externally
  • Agility: Develop and maintain processes that allow delivery teams to adapt to change
  • Visibility: Increase the team's internal and external visibility
  • Collaboration: Facilitate teamwork within the delivery team and client-side counterparts

Requirements:

  • Proven Project Management Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience as a mid-level Project Manager
  • Workflow Pro: Strong knowledge of workflow design and optimization methodologies with proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, ClickUp, Asana, Jira)
  • Resourceful Troubleshooter: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Communication Champion: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Multitasking Master: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously that are related but not limited to Client Consulting Delivery, Marketing Projects, Technical Products, etc., while also being able to manage priorities effectively
  • Technical Sprint Management: Experience managing project sprints on the technical aspect, including managing engineers and overseeing engineering projects (e.g., in application development or similar experience)
