YOUR ROLE: Bilingual Medical Receptionist/Admin
Schedule- Monday-Friday, 12-4pm pacific time
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative data entry and coordination using Zoho CRM and G-Suite tools.
- Schedule patient appointments via phone, email, and text with a focus on empathy.
- Manage referral documentation and care coordination for attorneys and veterans.
- Conduct outbound calls for accounts receivable (AR) and payment status follow-ups.
- Provide high-quality customer service to patients experiencing distress or frustration.
- Maintain professional interfaces with external referral sources and insurance providers.
- Support private practice culture by building personal connections with the internal team.
Requirements:
- Native or conversational fluency in both English and Spanish (Bilingual).
- Proven experience in customer service, medical admin, or receptionist roles.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Zoho and productivity tools like Google Workspace.
- Ability to maintain a calm, considerate, and solution-oriented phone presence.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate medical data entry and scheduling.
- Reliable for long-term part-time engagement (20 hours per week).
- Professional communication skills for managing sensitive patient interactions.
Scope:
- Part-time commitment of 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day, Monday-Friday.
- Remote operations from South America to ensure Spanish-language proficiency.
- Dedicated access to BruntWork HR, IT support, and a staff self-care team.
- Management support from an assigned Client Success Manager (CSM).
- Real-time communication through preferred channels like WhatsApp.
- Stability-focused role intended for long-term integration into the clinic.
